What’s included in Skinny Jeans School Studio Programme?

Skinny Jeans School WorkoutsThe workout section is split into two sections: The first is a weekly weigh in and workout with me at the studio, the second is your home workout online where each week a new workout will open. Each workout is between 30-40 minutes long and includes a warm up, a main workout and a cool down. I have designed the workout specifically with weight loss in mind and used interval training as the foundation. This means you have a period of work (30-40secs) followed by a period of recovery (20 secs) before moving the the next exercise. This ensures we maximise on calorie burn during the workout and after giving you the ideal workout for weight loss. Each week progresses on the week before and becomes a little more challenging both in agility and fitness, but don’t worry. You’ll cope just fine! No equipment is required in these workouts, so you really can take them anywhere.

Skinny Jeans School Nutrition

The nutritional element of runs alongside your elimination programme. Even though you’ll be cutting popular foods from your diet for the first four weeks, you’ll have plenty of recipes to keep you going. You may find you’re cooking a little more than normal, but I’m no chef, so don’t worry! All recipes are simple and will only take around 15-30 mines to cook. However, they are so tasty. They’re also open to interpretation, so as you learn more you’ll be able to adjust them to your liking. Either way, you’re in for a great tasty menu that everyone can enjoy. The education is the corner stone of the success of Skinny Jeans school.  Rather than give you a prescriptive weekly meal plan to follow we teach you about food, so you can make informed decisions every day. Whether this is perusing the supermarket, reading up about the latest diet, eating out socially, organising a picnic or making everyday breakfast, lunch and dinner. Each week you’ll have a new lesson to update your knowledge and teach you about eating. Skinny Jeans school Elimination programme

The elimination is our own little bit of magic. It’s not a detox and it’s not a cleanse, as your liver does this job just fine. The elimination is about personalising your diet. Some people are gluten or dairy intolerant whereas others are not. However, it seems trendy these days to be gluten free or dairy free. The elimination cuts out culprits that tend to lead to intolerances (such as gluten and dairy) and then four weeks later puts them back in the body. By keeping a food/feeling diary you will be able to see if you too are sensitive to these foods (or not) and whether it’s these that have not only been leading to the bloat and discomfort, but the lack of weight loss. You will then make informed choices in the future what to eat and what not to eat
