Training with friends can be an excellent way to enjoy personal training and split the costs. If you and your friends have similar goals then this is a great way to motivate and fire each other up to achieve them. You can train as a couple or grab a group of friends and make working out fun for everyone. This is a great option for those who need to keep the budget low, but the results high.
